Job Position : Legal Executive

Qualification : LLB , LLM – Law
Job Responsibilities :

1. Drafting, vetting and execution of legal agreements governing commercial relationships with third parties.
2. Co-ordinating with legal counsels / consultants in respect of the instituted litigation, tracking of all suits filed by the company( Civil / Criminal litigations )
3. Provide strategic legal advice and act proactively as required to preempt and minimize legal risks faced by the company.

Note : Looking for Only Male Candidate. since it’s a traveling job.
