Job Position : Technical / Non Technical – Process Associate
Job Details :

1. Process: Insurance Company – Customer Service / Collection (HR will decide the process based on the performance of interviewee)
2. Shift Timings: Rotational shift between 24X7
3. Growth Path: Process Associate — Process Developer — Management Trainee (Team Leader ) — Asst. Manager Process — Manager Process
4. Salary: 0 to 6 Month Exp = 9.5 K /month , 6 to 12 month Exp = 11.0 K , more than 12 month Exp = 12.5 K + Incentives (Rs. 0.0 to Rs. 2000/- per month)
5. Days of Working and weekly Off : 5 days a week working and any one day in a week will be the weekly off.
6. Transport: Pick and drop will be provided for all the employees (Free of Cost)
7. Not Using Transport Facility: Rs. 2000/- month will be added to the salary as Bonus.
8. Mode for Transport : If the shift is between 7 AM to 7 PM than the Bus Pick up (from the nearest point) will be provided, In case of Shift starting before 7 AM and ending after 7 PM , Cab Point to point pick up dorp will be provided.
9. Office Location : Gurgaon / Noida (Candidate will be posted at Gurgaon / Noida Office).
10. promotion Time frame: Minimum 18 months Cycle for A Class Performers

Required :

1. Control on Hindi and Average English Communication Skills, Voice clarity.
2. Willingness to make career in Customer Care field, Stability, Hardworking.
3. Graduate in any Technical / non technical stream, No post Graduate, No under Graduate
