Job Description:
The engineer shall be responsible for following activities:
Production and fabrication of. Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other Process Equipments
Activity planning for shop floor.
Handle and guide the work force.
Totally responsible for productivity and quality of shop floor.
Develop good work practices and work environment in line with Health and Safety requirements.
Preparation of Welding documents like WPS, WCS, WPQ
Knowledge of Fabrication Codes like ASME, DIN, IBR
Proficiency in welding process like SMAW, SAW, GTAW, FCAW, ESW
Planning and Estimation of Welding Consumables
Quality Management System for Welding
Desired Profile:
Desire to take training and working in the welding, welding automation area and QA/QC and Project / Site Engineering..
Knowledge of Stainless Steel fabrication for process equipments,
Awareness about codes as per National and International Codes like ASME Section VIII Div. 1 / Div. 2, TEMA, PD5500, API 650/620, API 660, API 661, WRC , UBC, IS 875, IS 1893, ASCE, IBR and etc.
Effectively handle and manage the shop floor.
Willing to work in Bommasandra Ind. Area and Kudlu Gate only apply.
