Forum moderation : moderate the online interactive Question & Answer forum – guide members, check violation of community codes of conduct, to show an errant member what he did wrong, send email notifications and take actions for example moving, closing, editing and deletion of threads and posts.

Emails and Chats: respond to emails and engage in live chats with customers and deliver accurate and timely resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Post-graduate science

Excellent English both written and oral

Good knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, excel, internet, email, chat)

Good typing speed

Willing to work in flexible day/night shifts

Previous experience handling international customers in an email/chat process would be an advantage.
