Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.
Individual should be comfortable working on Direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements
Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc
Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Placement Lifecycle
(gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, , candidate submission & follow-up, negotiation etc)
Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
Excellent pay-package.
Desired:
Communication 8+ on a 10 point scale.
Absolutely comfortable to work in Night Shifts.
